February's topic - The Midyear Business Check-In: Turning Plans into Progress 

Goals don’t fail because we aren’t capable. They stall when we lose visibility, structure, or focus. This midyear check-in session helps business owners step out of the day-to-day and look at their goals from an operational perspective. We’ll review what’s been accomplished, where progress has slowed, and how to adjust your plan so the next six months are aligned, realistic, and revenue-supporting. Expect practical reflection prompts and clear next steps you can implement right away.

This roundtable discussion is for small business owners or managers (key decision makers) to attend and discuss the top issues impacting their business and share solutions. Participants will actively identify which issues and topics they want to discuss so that the roundtable discussion will be focused on the most important issues impacting our small businesses. Must be a member of the chamber to participate and suggested business size is 1 - 50 employees.
