Summit Place Senior Campus in Eden Prairie, a SilverCrest Property, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving occupancy and increasing awareness of our senior living community through innovative marketing and strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for helping seniors and their families find the perfect living solutions.
Responsibilities:
Execute sales and marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and families.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses.
Conduct tours of the community, providing a welcoming and informative experience for potential residents and their families.
Respond promptly to inquiries, follow up with leads, and guide prospective residents through the decision-making process to make Summit Place their new home!
Assist in planning and hosting community events, open houses, and networking activities to generate interest and engagement.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and move-ins using CRM software.
Collaborate with the team to create and implement promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Support the community’s overall branding and public relations efforts to enhance visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, preferably in senior living or healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with seniors and their families.
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, combined with effective communication to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Exceptional time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
High level of professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Hours are generally Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm
