8:00–8:30 AM | Leadership Spotlight + Guided Discussion
Hear a short, impactful presentation from an industry leader, followed by a facilitated discussion led by the speaker. Each session is designed to spark insightful conversation and provide practical leadership takeaways you can apply right away.

This limited two-part series is perfect for anyone looking to grow their leadership skills—whether you’re leading a team, shaping a project, building your career, or preparing for your next step. Join us for one or both sessions in 2026 to learn, connect, and lead.

Emerging Leaders is a welcoming, year-round programming for anyone who’s “emerging” in their own way—within the Chamber, in the Southwest Metro area, in your career, role, or company. It’s not an age group; it’s a mindset. Our events bring together growth-minded professionals to share ideas, develop skills, and expand networks through casual happy hours, luncheons, and activity events.
