7:30–8:00 AM | Networking
Start the morning connecting with fellow professionals. Share what you’re working on, exchange ideas, and build relationships in a relaxed, open-networking format.

8:00–8:30 AM | Leadership Spotlight + Guided Discussion
Hear a short, impactful presentation from an industry leader, followed by a facilitated discussion led by the speaker. Each session is designed to spark insightful conversation and provide practical leadership takeaways you can apply right away.

This limited two-part series is perfect for anyone looking to grow their leadership skills—whether you’re leading a team, shaping a project, building your career, or preparing for your next step. Join us for one or both sessions in 2026 to learn, connect, and lead.

Speaker Bio:

Jason Sedlak is a veteran leader, educator, and entrepreneur with a career centered on building teams and organizations from the ground up. He served as a U.S. Army officer, leading and developing teams in high-pressure environments.
