As Chief Marketing Officer, Karen Spaeth leads Starkey’s global marketing team in executing impactful product launches, showcasing Starkey as the premium hearing technology company, and managing Starkey’s brand in strategic customer channels. As we enter the era of the digital patient, Karen Spaeth’s expertise in brand and relationship management elevates Starkey’s customer-first marketing strategy and vision.

Since starting her career with Starkey in 2009, Karen Spaeth has held numerous leadership roles within the Marketing department including leading Events, Communications, and our overall Customer Experience. Most recently serving as the Vice President of Communications, she has a vast knowledge of our customers and creative strategies to drive growth. Her expertise and leadership have been critical to some of Starkey’s most successful customer-facing endeavors.

Karen Spaeth graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato with a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science.
