Minnesota’s new paid Family and Medical Leave program becomes effective on January 1, 2026.  Join HR & Employment Lawyer Natolie Hochhausen from Fafinski Mark & Johnson for a detailed discussion of program changes after the last legislative session, along with information about premiums and employer requirements, coverage and eligibility, reasons for leave, program mechanics and implementation, available benefits and length of time off, and action items for employers before January 1, 2026.
