Heartland Payment Systems, Beth focuses on payroll and all services associated with the employee lifecycle, such as electronic onboarding, applicant tracking, time tracking, scheduling, and automated screening for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (between $2,400-$9,600 for qualifying new hires). She can help employers with one employee or more (they can pay themselves too), and they can be anywhere in the United States. Referral partners can get paid a residual commission for as long as the customer continues their services with Heartland. Referral partners can also choose to, instead, pass along half of that amount to a charity that the company is passionate about. If the company is a nonprofit, they may choose to pass along that portion back to themselves.
