I'm a 500-hour Register Yoga Teacher (RYT) and trauma-informed yoga instructor with a background in Psychology and Yoga Studies from Naropa University. Her work is informed by Eastern traditions like yoga philosophy and offers accessible movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, supported by an understanding of the nervous system and psychology. She works with a diverse range of individuals and adapts sessions to meet different needs, abilities, and lived experiences. She offers one-on-one sessions, small group experiences, and sound baths in inclusive environment that prioritize safety, agency, and embodiment.
