Join us as we welcome and hear from Mike Phelps, CEO and President of Ridgeview.  Mike will be providing updates on what is happening in healthcare today - trends, challenges, issues they face and the advancements in healthcare.

Mike has been with Ridgeview for over 20 years beginning as their VP/Chief Administrative Officer and becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in 2017.  

Mike is an advocate for change in health care and confronts challenges to consumer and business issues with creative solutions by leveraging partnerships and stakeholder perspectives to discover unique alternatives.  He believes ingenuity, agility, and focus are key organizational traits necessary for mid-sized health systems to be successful in times of changing external forces.   

Phelps holds an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minn.
