Key to their success was restructuring their leadership team to ensure the right people were in the right roles and implementing regular communication rhythms, such as daily huddles and annual strategic planning sessions. They also focused on aligning their team with a One-Page Strategic Plan, which was shared company-wide to maintain transparency and cultural cohesion during rapid growth.
