- The One-Stop Efficiency Shop (One-Stop) has provided free, unbiased energy efficiency consulting and enhanced rebates to small-midsized commercial properties in Xcel Energy Minnesota territory since 2000
- Consulting services and energy assessments are 100% free for qualifying Xcel Energy commercial customers in Minnesota
- Any type of commercial property with an average energy use of 400 kW or less is eligible: businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, municipalities, multifamily
Free smart thermostats:
- CEE offers free wifi-enabled ecobee Enhanced smart thermostats, free installation, and free thermostat programming for Xcel Energy commercial customers in Minnesota
- Customers are enrolled in Xcel Energy AC Rewards for Business program and receive annual electricity bill credits for each thermostat installed
- There is no limit to the number of thermostats replaced per building
