As we head into Small Business Week this May, we’re encouraging residents to support local businesses not just for a week but year-round starting May 1st.
Eden Prairie is known for its quality of life, strong schools, and thriving neighborhoods. At the center of all of it are our local businesses. While we’re proud to be home to major employers and Fortune 500 companies, our community is equally powered by family-owned shops, independent restaurants, and service providers. These businesses are the backbone of Eden Prairie. Choosing to shop local isn’t just a preference, it’s an investment in our economy, our workforce, and our community.
When you spend locally, more of your dollars stay in Eden Prairie. Local businesses hire local employees, work with nearby suppliers, and reinvest in other local services. That cycle strengthens our economy and supports long-term stability.
