Founded by Kristin Nordling just two years ago, the company has quickly grown from a visionary concept to a 14-person team committed to being a key HR and recruiting partner for small-to-mid size businesses.

Drawing from her extensive HR Leadership experience with major MN-based corporations, Nordling envisioned Lakeside HR Group helping small to mid-size businesses see and feel the value that HR brings to supporting and achieving their business goals. Lakeside HR Group’s rapid growth caused it to outgrow its home-office space and aligns with the current trend of returning to physical workspaces for connection and collaboration. It also highlights the company’s dedication to providing enhanced services and accommodating the evolving needs of its clients.

Lakeside HR Group consists of two divisions: HR Consulting and Recruiting.
